A secret garden wedding – it’s romantic, unique, and exactly what Kelleyanne & Blake’s dreamed up for their Huntsville Botanical Garden wedding reception! Chelsea Kennedy Events helped bring together all the amazing details to create the most stunning celebration.

I’m talking a dance floor framed with draping florals, one of my favorite ring sets ever, a gorgeous emerald green palette, and the one and only Kirkman Combo firing up the dance floor. Everything was perfectly ethereal, from start to finish.

Kelleyanne and Blake exchanged vows at St Joseph Catholic Church with a full mass ceremony. I loved the balcony views for capturing a big, grand memory of every detail! Then off to Huntsville Botanical Garden’s Nichol’s Arbor to celebrate in style.

Fall wedding season in Alabama is pretty crazy, and even more so in a year of Covid postponements. It was a doubleheader wedding weekend for us, but we found ourselves with plenty of energy to happily enjoy every moment with Kelleyanne and Blake. They make it easy! They are two of the quietest, gentlest people who make you feel so calm and peaceful just being around them. (And then Kelleyanne can make you laugh by busting out some epic poses with her girls in a flash). So fun!

A Few of My Favorite Details

How to choose just two or three favorite details?! But my top favorite is the dance floor creation, hands down. A huge white tent with a ceiling of intertwined greenery and delicate white florals – it was what my garden reception dreams are made of! Borders of floral arrangements and a black-and-white checkered dance floor completed the look.

Instead of the typical name and date monogrammed napkins, Kelleyanne and Blake chose to use a romantic Maya Angelou quote pressed in rose gold against an emerald green napkin.

Their emerald green and rose gold color palette was absolutely incredible! It’s so very perfect for a fall garden wedding. These two put together a rockstar group of vendors, and the whole day was incredible from start to finish.
