You can choose from the intimate Celebration Garden, the stunning views from The Meadow at Lake Lonnie, or the tucked-away Nichols Arbor Courtyard! Every venue has it's own unique touch and spectacular views!

The intimate Celebration Garden is just beyond the Grand Hall. Surrounded by shrubbery and shady trees, your guests will enjoy celebrating your marriage in this elegant ceremony site!

The Meadow at Lake Lonnie is the ultimate garden wedding experience. Sitting beside the lake, your guests will be treated to views of the fountain, flowering shrubs galore, and a garden arbor.

The courtyard garden is adjacent to The Nichols Arbor and creates the perfect spot for an intimate ceremony. When combined with Nichols Arbor, guests can flow in and out of this romantic garden space.

How far in advance do brides need to book their venue with the Garden?
We often book over a year in advance, even up to two years. If you're interested in a Garden wedding, don't wait to give us a call!
Can you have weddings on any day of the week?
Yes! Weekends fill up quickly, but we're available any day throughout the week.
Do you provide any staff during the wedding?
All wedding packages include a security guard, a Garden staff representative, and a shuttle.
Does the bridal party have access to the grounds for pictures?
Definitely! Our gardens are beautiful any season of the year and provide many opportunities for amazing photographs.
Can we have our engagement pictures taken at the gardens?
Yes, and the photography fee ($100) is waived if the Garden is your venue! You or your photographer will need to fill out our online application and return it to the front desk to reserve your session date.
Is there a bridal getting ready room at each of the venues?
Yes, with the exception of Murray Hall, each venue has its own personal space for getting ready.
How can I get a tour of the Botanical Garden and the wedding venue options before booking?

The Veranda overlooks the serene Little Smith Lake. Exclusive to your Grand Hall celebration, the options for this space are endless. Cocktail hour, dance floor extension, additional seating - it's yours to enjoy!

The Carriage House is one-of-a-kind. Combining the perfect blend of rustic and elegance, it features gorgeous chandeliers and high-beamed ceilings.

Nichols Arbor brings the garden inside! Romantic white lights on a grapevine-covered trellis and the featured moss arbor create a soft garden feel with all the convenience of being indoors.

You don't have to worry about décor (nature provides it all!) or equipment. You simply come dressed and ready, enjoy a simple and beautiful ceremony, and take advantage of some Just Married bride and groom portraits around the gorgeous Garden grounds!

Huntsville Botanical Garden Walk-In Weddings
Book your Walk-in Wedding
- The maximum guest count is capped at 20, which includes you and any vendors, like your officiant and photographers.
- You'll need to schedule your walk-in wedding at least 2 weeks prior with the rental facilities department.
- The fee ranges from $250-$500, depending on the season and if you pay in advance.
- In case of inclement weather, you'll be able to reschedule your ceremony to a later date if desired.
