A family session at Huntsville Botanical Garden will always make me happy. And when it involves Allison and Anthony, it’s even better. All the love for this!! Watching their story unfold from their classic downtown Huntsville engagement session and stunning lavender spring Huntsville Botanical Garden wedding to this very sweet family session fills my heart with sunshine.

Five years and one day before, we walked out into the Garden and down the sidewalked path with Allison and Anthony. The shimmering smell of an afternoon cloudburst greeted us, a cool wind inviting us to exclaim over its freshness. Then we were trailed by a wedding dress train and bouquet; this time we were trailed with a precious collection of sweet babies. Five years flash by, but oh! The sweetness.

The most beautiful moments are family cuddles, chasing after a toddler, and knowing that these precious (and sometimes crazy!) memories are worth preserving forever. Sometimes a family session involves a lot of wiggles and letting things unfold naturally, and it’s more than okay. The memories are held in real-life moments with real personalities – so precious!
