Shelby and David are married! We love a pretty Huntsville Botanical Garden wedding, and this celebration has us smiling! It really amazes me how often a rainy forecast shimmers away to break out into sunny skies on a wedding day. There was a lot of rain forecasted for the weekend (following a week of ultimate daily downpours), and everyone was eyeing their weather apps leading up to the day. And when the moment came, Shelby and David not only had a ceremony full of sunshine, but we didn’t have to fight a single drop of rain all day long. God is kind!

Shelby’s sweet smile is impossible not to love, and it’s so fun watching David light up when they’re together. They’re so cute with each other! We’ve loved going on this journey with them, from the first coffee date and their Big Spring Park engagement session to the final bubble send-off on their wedding day.

A Few of My Favorite Details

I loved the elegance and simplicity of the paper suite, especially paired with the pearls during styled detail pictures. Pops of gold really elevated the overall feel and I’m loving it!

Those smiles. Shelby is absolutely precious! It’s a big day with a lot happening, and there were some moments just between the two of them when David’s face would break out with this huge, eye-squinting grin at Shelby. Reading their private letters to each other right after the First Look was a favorite moment, and a lot of these grins were happening.

Golden sunset vibes at the Garden are always a treat! Shelby and David got some epic golden glow for our sunset portraits. Especially on a day that was supposed to be rainy and cloudy, the sunset portraits were extra special.
