Emily and Brandon celebrated their marriage at a gorgeous Huntsville Botanical Garden wedding! The heat and humidity mixed with an afternoon threat of thunderstorms, but the rain never made its way to our little corner of Huntsville! The Garden was lit up with energy as a special summer day faded into an evening of dancing and celebration.
Emily and Brandon were absolute troopers with the Alabama summer vibe we had (aka heat and humidity!). Not going to lie – it was a hot July day. They took everything as it came and went with the flow. And the smile that lit up Brandon’s face when he saw Emily for the first time was such a favorite moment!
We kicked the day off with a relaxing morning in the bridal suite at the Botanical Garden. Emily and Brandon chose to have a small bridal party, and I loved how intentional and peaceful these early moments were. A precious First Look and many portraits later, Emily and Brandon rode in an antique car downtown to Huntsville’s First United Methodist Church. After becoming officially official, we all headed back to party the night away in the Garden’s grand ballroom!
Woodie the pug showed up for portraits! Fur babies are always so cute and fun. Woodie had a few cameos throughout the wedding decor, with my favorite being a custom sticker on some delicious-looking cookies at each place setting. Such a fun idea!
The florals!! Old Frond comes up with the most beautiful flower creations and we love working with her team. Don’t miss the head table floral arrangements in the grand ballroom as you’re scrolling through these pictures. Stunning! The colors were so fun – you know I love a pop of color!
Really, this entire vendor team was spectacular. Our friend Phil with Colling Films creates wedding film magic with his camera, and having an entire evening with the Beasley Brothers on stage is something special. Chelsea Kennedy and her team are top-notch and made the whole day so smooth and relaxed. I don’t know if vendors count as details, but this was sure one epic team that we enjoyed so much!
Emily & Brandon – thank you so much for letting us capture these wedding memories for you! There were so many sweet details and precious moments! We wish you both the very best in your new journey as husband and wife!
*hugs*
