The single downfall of a bridal session is that we can’t share sneak peeks until after the wedding. Savannah’s spring bridal session was GORGEOUS and I’m thrilled to finally be able to share some of these images!
(If you haven’t seen their amazing wedding day, you can check it out here!)
One of my favorite benefits of a bridal session is being able to choose the location, the weather, and slow way down to enjoy the process even more. The wedding day gets a little crazy, and a bridal session is a joyful, relaxing time of anticipation for your wedding day!
We started out at Savannah’s grandparents’ farm for a special mini-series of bridal portraits. This farm holds many precious memories for Savannah and her family, so it was the perfect place to start this session! We recreated a bridal portrait of her mother’s on a beautiful staircase, then headed outside for some natural light portraits with a farm backdrop. As a South Dakota farm girl myself, there’s nothing like fields stretching onto the horizon to hold my heart.
The town of Mooresville is a popular spot for bridal sessions, and one look at these pictures will tell you why! I can’t get over that little taste of European beauty in our own backyard! Sunsets over the Mooresville square are spectacular. The little church will forever be one of my favorite local portrait locations.
Savannah’s radiant bridal beauty is only eclipsed by the sweetness of her heart! Seriously, this girl is one of the kindest, most wonderful people. I have no doubt that her work as a nurse blesses so many!
Enjoy a little sneak peek into Savannah’s Mooresville bridal session!
