Spring Engagement Session in Classic Downtown Huntsville // Wedding Photographers in Huntsville, Alabama
What an absolute thrill it is for us to be sharing Kelsey and Sam’s engagement session on the blog right now! When we saw Kelsey’s Oct 2021 date on her initial email to us, Joel and I were crushed because we knew our fall was so booked up that the odds of us being available on her date were slim to note. But as I closed my eyes and made Joel look at the calendar, we found that she and Sam picked exactly the one Saturday we still had available!! There was a lot of rejoicing in the J&A office at that moment, and the rest is history.
The reason we are so absolutely thrilled is because we already knew Kelsey and her family from her sister Haley’s wedding! The Lightfoot family is an absolute joy to know and to be around, and being able to photograph Kelsey’s wedding is something special for us. Meeting Sam just increased our thankfulness. He and Kelsey are laid-back, kind-hearted, and make our jobs so much fun!
Kelsey and Sam brought their dog, Indy, to join in the fun. She had so much energy and was clearly thrilled to be in the park on a beautiful spring day. We felt the same! Indy rocked the camera just as well as Kelsey and Sam did. The fun bright pop of color in Indy’s leash matched Kelsey’s joyful pink outfit selection so well! Everything about this session was really sweet, start to finish, and we can’t wait for their October wedding!
