Downtown Huntsville Summer Engagement Session // Wedding Photographers in Huntsville, Alabama

Sweet Claire and Davis are engaged, and we had the honor of capturing this amazing and unique time in their lives!

We started Claire and Davis’ session at First United Methodist Church in downtown Huntsville. Claire grew up at this church, and they’ll be exchanging their vows here next June! So not only is it a gorgeous airy backdrop for portraits, it also holds special meaning for them. That’s an engagement session trifecta! Precious couple, beautiful backdrop, and special meaning in their relationship.

After spending some time at the church, they did a quick outfit change and we wandered into Huntsville’s historic neighborhoods just around the corner. We photograph a lot of sessions in the downtown neighborhoods and fall in love with them all over again every time! Between the tree-lined streets, pops of color from nearby flower gardens, and convenient sidewalks to walk along, it makes for an epic session! Towards the end of their session, the sun set just enough to filter through the tree leaves in a romantic, summery glow. Ahhh!

Claire and Davis were the sweetest, most fun, epically photogenic couple we could ask for! We had the best time spending the evening together! My favorite was the way Claire’s face lights up around Davis. Her eyes sparkle and smile absolutely glows. They are so precious together, and we are thrilled they found each other.
