A Huntsville Botanical Garden wedding where the bride and groom are radiating joy is something that can’t be beat. Lauren and Christian were married at a Huntsville First United Methodist Ceremony and Huntsville Botanical Garden reception this past weekend, and we can’t wait to show you how dreamy this entire wedding day was!

An August wedding is always a little extra special for us because we got married in August ourselves. We embrace the late summer vibes in all its glory! The summer is heavy, peering around the corner at cooler weather and bright colors on the horizon. I love it. Huntsville Botanical Garden is beautiful in every season, and we have so much fun taking bride and groom portraits there!

Lauren and Christian are two of the sweetest, most precious people! You can tell they sincerely love each other, their families and friends, and the Lord. Every single person we came into contact with during the wedding day was so kind and thoughtful – from the wedding party to the guests! What a joy this day was.

My Favorite Wedding Details

I love a meaningful heirloom piece, and the 3 grandparent wedding rings given a special place during this celebration was really sweet. There was a ring tied to Lauren’s grandma’s corsage (so thoughtful!) and two others tied to her bouquet. We’re not meant to walk this journey alone, and family is such a special legacy throughout the generations.

Did you know both Lauren and her dad Paul are amazing vocalists? They both spent some time on stage to treat their guests to a little concert with Juice backing them up! So fun!! I loved that.

Lauren’s veil deserves a shout-out! The soft design created such an ethereal look and was perfect for our veil tosses. Absolutely beautiful to match the stunning bride.
