CASTLE ON THE MOUNTAIN
After descending a winding stone staircase that's fit for the most elegant of weddings, you'll exchange vows surrounded by the serenity of nature at its finest. The spacious, gardenesque setting invites your guests to relax and soak in the gentle breeze and sunshine. Views of the fairway offer an awe-inspiring backdrop for the bride and groom as they stand under the archway.

How far in advance do brides need to book their venue with The Ledges?
We often book over a year in advance, even up to two years. If you're interested in a Ledges wedding, don't wait to give us a call! We may still happen have your wedding date available, even if it's only a few months out.
Do I need to be a member of The Ledges to have my wedding there?
No, you don't! You can get more information on non-member weddings by contacting Arlene, the Event Coordinator.
How many guests can I have at my wedding?
The Ledges can accommodate up to 277 guests for a seated dinner and 500 for a cocktail reception.
Do you have package options?
We customize to the needs of each bride. Our standard option already includes house linens, china, glass, silverware, and more. We'll be able to give you more information about your available options when we meet with you to talk about your own wedding!
Can you have weddings on any day of the week?
Weekends fill up quickly, but we're available any day throughout the week.
Do you provide any staff during the wedding?
Yes; a venue representative will be there at all times. The chef, kitchen, and serving staff are also on-site. A venue reception coordinator will be present; we do not provide a ceremony coordinator.
Is there an option for outside catering services?
All food and beverage services will be provided by The Ledges, with the exception of your wedding cake. From appetizers to a selection of desserts, their award-winning culinary staff will be happy to provide a variety of menu options so you can plan the perfect refreshment for your guests.
Can we have a rehearsal at The Ledges?
One hour is allowed for a rehearsal, typically held the day before your ceremony.
When can we arrive for set up?
The venue is available to you from 8am until midnight.

After a picture-perfect ceremony, invite your guests to enter the Clubhouse to celebrate your new status as Mr and Mrs! With spaces like an elegant Ballroom and cozy Grille, you'll be treating them to a night they'll remember.
The Ballroom - This is the largest space and perfect for a reception. The richly wooded attached foyer provides additional space for a gift table, wedding favors, special decor, and anything else your heart can dream up. Windows on two sides offer views of the stunning outdoor space just outside.
The Grille - This space is smaller and located just off the Ballroom. While perfect for smaller receptions, it can also create additional space for the Ballroom celebration! Additional seating, buffet service, or a photo booth may find the perfect place here in the Grille. With easy access to the Veranda, it makes a great space for your cocktail hour.
The Formal Dining Room - This room features a bay window with views and an oversized fireplace. Guests can also access the Veranda from the dining room.
The Lawn - While the Lawn is most often used as a ceremony site, it also offers another option for a cocktail hour, your dance floor, or guest seating!
