When you step out of your car and hear mutual squealing between the girls because we’re both wearing white and black polka dots (I seriously need to find a pair of Kayla’s cute shoes!), you know the engagement session is going to super, super fun! (We were right)
Kayla and Andrew chose a historic downtown Huntsville neighborhood for the first part of their engagement session. Historic neighborhoods (especially ones with tree-lined alleys) make our hearts go pitter-patter! We love to explore for all the little nooks and crannies that create the sweetest little spots for pictures!
After we agreed that we need to have a double date on one of those Saturday morning breakfast trolley tours (coffee, muffins, and riding on a trolley through gorgeous neighborhoods? Umm…yes!!), we headed down to a quiet, out-of-the-way walking trail that Kayla and Andrew like to hike in their free time. We love bringing in special places and memories to these sessions – so this was perfect! A quiet stream lazily rolling over a bed of rocks shaded by a canopy of trees made for some sweet memories to end on.

This is the happiest I have ever seen Andrew. Kayla has made a huge difference and I truly believe they belong together. I only wish them blessings and happiness throughout their journey in life. I know they’ll make each other laugh plenty.
