One thing we love about wedding photography is being with the bride and groom during some of the most incredible moments of their entire lives. The initial meeting when they’re just starting to plan the wedding, the nerves and excitement of wedding day preparation, the first time they see each other on the wedding day, and finally…the moment they realize that their dreams came true. They just got married!
Today I want to introduce to you one of our many favorite parts of the wedding day – the Just Married Moment!
After the ceremony, we whisk the bride and groom off to a private little spot filled with beautiful light and give them a minute to let this most wonderful moment soak in…
The waiting, the planning, the decisions. They’re all over. This is what she’s been dreaming of her entire life, what everyone has been working toward for so many months. They are married! Officially!
I love this! It’s one of those times that I have a silly grin plastered on my face the entire time.
We like to give the bride and groom just a couple of minutes by themselves to just be together. Usually there are squeals (the bride), lots of kisses (the groom), and huge grins (both of them)!
It makes for some amazing candid pictures that are so full of emotion and so them. It’s a beautiful sight to behold.
To all our brides and grooms – thank you for letting us be there to experience and capture these unforgettable moments with you! <3
