Oh, we love an intimate Huntsville Botanical Garden wedding! Leslie and Mark chose a quiet weekday wedding celebration at the Garden with their closest family present. They reserved the Celebration Garden for the afternoon, which gave us our own beautiful and private spot for the ceremony and family portraits. Leslie thought of all the little details – it paid off! She created a beautiful celebration.
We met Leslie and Mark a little earlier in the day for some bride and groom portraits. It highlighted one of the many (many) reasons we love Huntsville Botanical Garden. Even in the middle of a sunny day when the light is high and bright, there are so many stunning places around the Garden for portraits. And when you have a couple as adorable as Leslie and Mark, you can’t go wrong! These two are such kind hearts and a joy to be around. So perfect for each other! We really enjoyed getting to know them a bit as we wandered through the Garden, chasing the shade. Whew! It was our first official “summer feeling” wedding. Nice and warm.
We headed back to the Visitor’s Center to cool down and prep for the ceremony. It was really sweet getting to capture pictures of Leslie and Mark walking to the ceremony together. The way they did it was unique for a wedding, and I thought it fit the moment so beautifully.
After family portraits and a few bubbles for the kids, we took some last “we’re married!” portraits and waved goodbye. They were off to celebrate with some of the best pizza in North Alabama. (iykyk) The best memories from a really special day.
Leslie & Mark – thank you for the honor of capturing these sweet wedding moments for you! Everything about this day was so perfect. We wish you all the happiness in the world!
*hugs*
