There are so many happy things that come to my mind when I think about Maddie’s botanical garden bridal session. Words like graceful, elegant, beautiful. And let’s not forget “perfect weather” as one of my favorites!

After weeks of crazy weather, Maddie’s bridal session landed on a day as perfect as we could have ever asked for. You know, one of those not-too-hot, not-too-cold days, filled with sunshine and just the tiniest little breeze.

We always love our sessions at the botanical garden. There’s something so joyful, fresh, and genuine about flowers and trees. And glistening water beside an open meadow? You can’t go wrong with that! It’s pure creation from God, and we find so much blessing enjoying its beauty. The colors are vibrant – and you know that makes our hearts happy!

Spending that sweet time with Maddie and her mom was a joy. And with a stunning bouquet from Petals and hair and makeup by Oh Darling Hair and Makeup, Maddie rocked this session. Her gown from Something Blue Bridal Shoppe was perfect – and her veil matched the design on her dress!

Let me just swoon right now. Which I pretty much did when I first saw her walk out in her dress.

And since Maddie and Russell are now married!! (and you can see their wedding here!), we’re so happy that we can finally share some of the pictures from Maddie’s gorgeous bridal session!
