This sunrise engagement session at Clear Creek Farm made waking up at 4am on a Saturday morning completely worth it! When Emily and I talked about the location for their engagement session, her family estate in Florence was the clear winner.

And oh, was it a winner! Towering magnolia trees. A clear water creek. A picturesque white farmhouse and gravel paths with leading lines. And best of all – a rich family history that makes it all layered with meaning.

This land has been in Emily’s family for generations. Since 1921, to be exact. As we wandered through the property, I imagined all the living and loving those magnolia trees have seen in their lifetimes. I could almost hear the laughter drifting through the windows of that farmhouse.

Or maybe it was the laughter we shared with Emily and Ethan. These two were troopers! Whether it was dodging some rouge rocks on the driveway or perching on the edge of the stream, they did everything we asked with a smile on their faces! Emily and Ethan were truly an absolute joy to spend the morning with.

And…their wedding reception will be held at Clear Creek Farm! Their September wedding is already lining up to be amazing. We can’t wait!!!
