Engagement Session in Downtown Florence // Wedding Photographers in Huntsville, Alabama

Ally and Mitchell’s Florence engagement session incorporated pieces of their story together, and I’m completely here for it!! Funny enough, we live only a few minutes away from each other in Huntsville. But Ally and Mitchell had a vision for their engagement session that brought in places that were special to their history. One hundred percent worth a little drive to capture that!!

(And yes, we took a detour to Turbo coffee before the session for Joel to grab a latte. So good! Did you know they’re opening a location in Huntsville?)

We started at the restaurant where Ally and Mitchell enjoyed their first date. After stopping at several places on Court St, which they also walked around on their first date, we headed down to the park fountain where Mitchell proposed. It happened to be Renaissance Festival weekend (so cool!) in the park, so we adjusted plans and used the gorgeous white pillars of the post office.

After an outfit change, we finished up on the beautiful campus of UNA. Always a favorite spot there by the fountain! Ally and Mitchell have many memories of walking around campus together, so it was a perfect ending for this storytelling photographic adventure.

These two are so fun to be around, and I love the way they can make each other smile! What sweet souls! Their wedding next year is going to be amazing!!
