Delegation On The Wedding Day

Today on the blog, we’re talking about a wonderful little word:

Delegation!

Planning a wedding can be overwhelming. A lot of us girls want to have things just right, which can make it even more difficult to handle by ourselves.

I’m here to tell you that delegation is okay!

If someone asks what they can do, have a list of small, easy tasks that you can have them knock off your list.

Things like putting stamps on your invitations and taking them to the post office. Tying bows on your wedding favors. Printing out coloring pages for the kids’ table.

As you start to plan, take the time to sit down and write a list of all the little tasks that you know will need to be done. This will help you give a ready answer to someone offering to help. It will also help you break down the wedding planning into bite-sized jobs!

Friends and family love to be involved, especially with you give them enough time to get it done without rushing around last minute. Appreciate them and don’t forget to say thank you! :)
