And last (but definitely not least!) for our fall mini session blog post series, we have another one of our top favorite downtown Huntsville locations. The Twickenham district is a stunning piece of Huntsville history. These homes are so beautiful! The tree-lined streets not only make for the best mini session backdrops, but it’s fun to think about how many families have strolled these sidewalks throughout the years. The pitter-patter of little feet running to keep up with an older brother, couples strolling hand in hand on a late summer’s evening, neighbors waving across front porches. Sometimes a location can seem like just a backdrop with good lighting, but really, it’s a small piece of history that our presence gets to be a part of.
Family pictures are more than just a Christmas card. They preserve a moment, one little sliver in hundreds of years of family history, saving a moment for the future you. Chubby baby cheeks, big grins full of missing teeth, the half smile of a 12-year-old. It’s here for a minute, with the memory saving a place in your heart.
And if you’re planning your own family session and feeling slightly overwhelmed, find our Family Portrait Sessions in Huntsville guide here to help navigate this season for you!
These sweet families mean so much to us, and it’s an honor to capture that sliver of time in a beautiful way.
