Where to even start describing this sweet and beautiful wedding day! When we first arrived at Meadow Creek Farm that warm morning in May, we grabbed our gear and headed inside the front doors.

And I wasn’t two feet past those sliding wood doors before I stopped and gave a little gasp of delight. Sarah, her mom, and their team of family and friends had transformed the space into a place with gorgeous little detailed tucked into every corner.

Those florals, though…

What caught my eye the most were the beautiful florals that tied everything together. The bright pops of summertime florals couldn’t have been more perfect for a joyful couple like Sarah and Carter. The invitations, the hand-painted signs, the floral wall behind the head table, the welcome table – everything used pink floral pops to make it special.

It couldn’t have been a more perfect style and palette for Sarah and Carter’s wedding. Just like those florals, they are sweet, joyful, and bring happiness wherever they go! It sounds so funny to say it out loud, but I thought of Sarah every time I saw that beautiful bright pink peony in her bouquet! Joyful. So joyful, and it brings the sunshine with it.

This dream team:

Amy is a family friend who not only did these amazing florals that I couldn’t get enough of, but she coordinated the wedding! We enjoyed working with you so much, Amy! Our friends Awaken Films were our photo/video sidekicks for the day, and it’s always such a pleasure capturing memories alongside them.

Sarah was a dream in her Glitz Bridal dress. It was perfectly suited to her and this sweet wedding day. Brittney and Malory did an incredible job with her hair and makeup!

Funny story:

We first met the Beasley Brothers as groomsmen at our sweet Anna and Graham’s wedding last fall. We were thrilled to see them again as the ceremony musicians and reception DJs. So much fun, and we can’t wait to work with them again!

Hartley’s Catering and Batter Up Cakes knocked it out of the park with scrumptious food to treat the guests. The biscuit bar was amazing! And the groom’s ice cream bar was yuuuuumy! You rocked it, Bruster’s!

I can’t end a description of their wedding day without a shout out to Sarah and Carter for being such a precious, genuinely sweet and lovely couple, OR their amazing family and friends! Seriously, you guys are the best. What a joy to spend that time with you!
