Kayla and Brandon are married, and it was the most incredible way to finish out our spring wedding season! (Because I totally count June as summer here in the south, don’t you?) They said “I do” at the ever-gorgeous Burritt on the Mountain this past weekend. What a perfect, beautiful day!

The little things

Something we love a lot about Kayla and Brandon: they’re talented g0-getters who know how to go with the flow and enjoy the moments. They live life fully, embrace the moments, and appreciate the little things.

Not to mention that they’re incredible volleyball players (they met on the volleyball court!), which we think is pretty awesome. Their friend Tyler officiated the wedding ceremony, and he brought in a few volleyball references to talk about what a marriage should look like. And then there was the bridesmaid/groomsman duo who used the bouquet for a “bump, set, spike” during the reception introductions…It was the perfect intro to their wedding celebration.

Priceless mountain memories

One of our favorite memories with them will always be their Smokey Mountain engagement session last summer near Gatlinburg. You can check it out here, and you definitely won’t want to miss it!

The Dream Team

We always love weddings at Burritt on the Mountain. The stunning architecture of the mansion, gorgeous valley views, and plenty of picture-perfect spots make our photographer hearts so happy!

Kayla was so, so stunning in her gown from Something Blue. Our friends at Oh Darling Hair and Makeup worked their magic, as always, and Kayla couldn’t have looked more gorgeous! Her Belle Fleur bouquet finished the bridal look to perfection.

They chose a rose gold, blush, deep maroon, and ivory color palette. The combination of the soft pinks, bold maroon, and classic greenery was gorgeous!

Toni and her team did a great job coordinating the day! Belle Fleur created a masterpiece with the florals, decor, food, and mini pie selections. It was great to work with both Greg Thompson DJ and Southern Wedding Films again – and we can’t wait to see that wedding video! Old Vienna’s cake was a gorgeously decorated vanilla/strawberry selection – which perfectly matched Kayla and Brandon’s color palette for the day.

We just loved every second we got to spend with Kayla, Brandon, and their families. They’re an amazing group of people.
