Merry Christmas!
We love all the things that Christmas brings – family, traveling back home, shopping for the perfect gifts, Christmas music, and peppermint mochas.
For us, though, the most important part of Christmas is celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ.
Because Jesus came to earth as a baby, He could die on the cross for our sins. His death and resurrection opened the way for our salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.

So as much as we love Peter Hollen’s new Christmas CD playing on my laptop and loading up the gifts for our trip out to my family in North Carolina, we love Christmas because it is part of the story that brings us eternal life in Jesus Christ.
And that is worth celebrating. <3
