Kelsey and Sam are married! What a special day. They transformed Meadow Creek Farm into a beautiful and richly colored backdrop for some sweet wedding memories! So beautiful! We’re big fans of color pops on the wedding day, and their celebration definitely brought that. Deep reds, bountiful greenery, and sunshine-y pops of sunflower joy felt absolutely perfect for a fall wedding.

After a week of rain, we thought the forecast would work in our favor. But even as the droplets steadily drizzled into the afternoon, nothing was stopping these two! Kelsey and Sam are refreshingly laid back and chill about whatever comes their way. Kelsey just rocked her sparkly sneakers and took everything in stride! The rain tapered off in just enough time to grab a few outdoor portraits with them and the bridal party before Kelsey and Sam were tucked away!

Kelsey and Sam are just fantastic. (And don’t miss their classic downtown Huntsville engagement session here!)They’re kind, thoughtful, and wonderfully chill. We first met Kelsey when we photographed her sister Haley’s wedding. Being able to go on this journey with both of these sisters has brought us so much joy! What a privilege it is to get to do this twice with their amazing family!

Some of My Favorite Details

So many to name! The pretzel bar by Canadian Bakin was stellar and so fun. They were delicious and I wouldn’t be sad to eat their pretzels at every wedding! Sam is good friends with the family behind Ole Hickory BBQ, and they definitely brought their A-game with the food!

I loved Kelsey’s sparkling, comfortable shoes! Every bride has a different preference on wedding day foot attire, but comfy is always a win.

The rich colors chosen for this wedding brought a perfect fall vibe! Photographing such color, especially in the bridal bouquet, is so fun.

Everything about this wedding was absolutely spectacular, and we can’t wait to give you a peek into their day!
