Light Blue and Blush Floral Riverside Wedding at Riverside Event Venue // Wedding Photographers in Huntsville, Alabama
So beautiful!! I’m talking about both the bride and this Riverside Event Venue wedding celebration. Alexis and Braxton are married and we couldn’t be more excited about it! They turned Riverside Event Venue into a magical blue and white dream bursting with beautiful floral blooms. Alexis’ sweet smile and the way Braxton looks at her makes every portrait a joy. How fun is it to get married by the water and celebrate the day away with amazing food and music?
We first met Alexis and Braxton about 2 years ago and have been enjoying this planning time with them. We even photographed their engagement session exactly 1 year before their wedding. How fun is that? It’s almost hard to believe that this long-awaited day is finally here! To be honest, I’m really going to miss having this wedding on my upcoming wedding calendar. They’ve become such a special part of our J&A Family!
A Few of My Favorite Wedding Details
I really loved the color palette they chose! It was perfect for the light, airy vibe of Riverside. Blue and white porcelain and decor pieces brought an elegant and old-world feeling that was so beautiful. Pairing it with bright bursts of pink and light blue florals elevated it to a whole new level.
Alexis’s dress was SO perfect for her! What a stunning bride on her wedding day! The removable sleeves were neat and made her already beautiful dress simply stunning. I loved the splashes of pearl embellishments entwined throughout her bridal ensemble. Another favorite moment was privately reading their vows to each other right after the first look. I might start recommending that to all our couples because it was so sweet and meaningful!
The dessert table, of course. And Mason Dixon’s taco bar! You know how much we love some good food! I should probably reconsider how often it makes my favorite wedding detail list, but here it is again. Instead of a traditional cake, Alexis and Braxon each chose a few of their favorite desserts for their guests to enjoy. Double Doozies, macarons, banana pudding, brownies, churros, yum. And as always, Mason Dixon absolutely nailed the taco bar with one of the most delicious tacos I’ve had in a long time.

Alexis & Braxton – what an amazing journey! I can’t believe we’re celebrating this long-awaited day! Everything was absolutely beautiful and full of sweet memories. It’s been an absolute joy from start to finish. You guys are so adorable together, and we wish you so many blessings in your marriage!
