One of the many amazing perks of being a wedding photographer in the South is that a winter wedding doesn’t always mean it will be cold. Joanna and Ryan’s wedding day arrived in style – an impeccably perfect temperature, cheery winter sunshine, and the most joyful group of family and friends.
They chose to have a gorgeous and intimate Christmas wedding held in the romantic Taylor-Grady House. This historic house was full of delightful antiques and picturesque parlors and sitting rooms. Joanna chose a classic gray and black color scheme with jeweled pops of deep red and shimmering gold – just the perfect match for the elegant house!
Ryan is a chef (a pretty fabulous one!), and the reception food was spectacular. It. Was. Delicious! Some stunning cakes and a coffee/hot chocolate bar were a dreamy finish to a tasty event.
In celebration of Christmas, Joanna and Ryan drove away to the music of jingle bells rung by the people they loved the most.
It was a fairytale of a wedding, and we’re so excited to share this Christmas celebration on the blog today!
Joanna and Ryan, we are just so thankful for you two! The whole day was magical. We wish you two a life as happy as the sound of a million jingle bells! :)
