Today Is The Day!

During the last few months, we’ve talked a lot about chasing our dreams on the J&A Blog. I’ll never forget sitting down in a little pub in Bakewell, England with a blank sheet of paper in front of us. (Yes, we love our business so much that we talk about it over dinner while on vacation…). We started writing down our dreams and what we wanted Joel and Amber Photography to be.

Sure, we had talked many times about where we wanted to go and how to get there. This time, though, we realized we needed to be intentional. It wasn’t going to be good enough to just keep taking one step at a time and put the pieces together. We needed a game plan. We needed to know exactly where we wanted to be so we could create an action plan on how to get there.

Before we could even do that, we had a real heart to heart talk about what we wanted Joel and Amber Photography to be. When we dream about our business, we don’t want it to be all about us. We want to make a difference in the lives of these amazing couples who trust us enough to photograph one of the most significant days in their love story. We want to be more than just their photographers – we want their lives to be richer because we walked along side them during their journey. We want our Joel and Amber Brides to feel like they’re part of something bigger, part of a family.

So many of our thoughts and dreams have come together today. The heart of Joel and Amber Photography is the same that it’s always been. We love our couples, we love their story, and we love being a part of creating their legacy to pass on to their children and grandchildren.

We want to be intentional about being the best that we can be for all of our Joel and Amber Couples. So today we’re introducing our new look. We’ve been working hard on every single little detail of our business, from our website and products to our vision and special things for our clients. We have big dreams for Joel and Amber Photography, and we would love for you to be a part of it!
